Back Technologies MVP

Back Technologies is a software company that organises and automates employee requests on one intuitive platform.

At Back, I played a pivotal role in the design of the MVP. This MVP provided foundational features that enabled employees to submit requests and promptly receive insights from experts. Part of my responsibilities involved designing wireframes, mapping out user flows, and establishing a comprehensive design system for the complex software solution.

Shortly after the release, Back was acquired by Personio and has since been integrated as one of the core features.
